Distribution Manager (Harrods)
As a distribution manager at Harrods, I led the launch of a permanent night operation in harrods dispatch to improve speed and quality of service (reducing SLA’s to foreign countries ) for all export orders as well as to cater for the growing demand for export deliveries from VIP clients all over the world . I was responsible for documenting and tracking thousands of Luxury fashion and beauty products as well as samples on a weekly basis, utilising online ERP systems such as SAP and intersoft to track the dispatch lifecycle of all items/merchandise from the point of sale on the shop tills to the final scan prior to export.
